Picturesque, quiet, with park and playground amenities. Ample space and privacy with a back patio with red rock and Mingus Mountain views. Less than a mile away from the Tuzigoot National Monument and Verde Rivert, and the historic Verde Valley Railway. Enjoy kayaking, tubing, fishing, and hiking along the scenic river. Sleeping arrangements include 2 King Beds, 1 Queen and a pull out full size sofa bed located in office room.

Quiet hours (9pm-7am). Please be courteous to the neighbors and their pets. Minimize excessive noise on the patio during quiet hours. Please be respectful of the neighbors pets and privacy! HOA requirements for neighborhood. Garage, casita, and hall closet are off limits to guest. As the Host I reside on the property in a separate space (attached Casita) and respect guests privacy, but available if needed.
