The Palmer House is a beautiful retreat exclusively available to Christian missionaries who are on sabbatical or transitioning back to the States, providing a restful environment where they can pause, reflect, and prepare for their return to the mission field. Nestled in the serene countryside near Knoxville, Tennessee, this secluded and private home offers a peaceful atmosphere for those dedicated to Christian ministry.

The home has 3 spacious bedrooms on the main floor, PLUS a bonus basement bedroom and bathroom. 1 King bed & 3 Queens. There is a studio/office room, a screened in porch and a back patio with a river view.

The home is located on the beautiful, breathtaking Tennessee River.

The home is fully furnished.

Rent is $2,000 per month, which tries to cover the cost of occupying the home, including but not limited to the utilities, internet, landscaping services, pest control service, waste management services, repairs and maintenance issues over $100, property taxes, insurance, etc.

Room for storage in spacious attic.

The rent agreement will be between the hosts and guests once ServantCARE confirms availability and acceptance.
