Large retreat center great for families or ministry needs

Welcome to The Dwelling Place, a respite for God’s servants, located three blocks from the beautiful Mississippi River, in the quiet little village of Cassville, Wisconsin. With open arms and open hearts we welcome you. Our goal is to see the body of Christ and Christian workers rested, healthy, and growing so they will be effective in life and ministry. The Dwelling Place is one of ServantCARE's Retreat Centers (a home donated to ServantCARE for the purpose of ministry). 

Upstairs are two suite-size rooms with one queen bed and one full each, one has a futon and one has a daybed with a trundle. Each room has a sitting area and desk for study. Each suite has a bathroom. Main level are three bedrooms with one queen bed each and a full bedroom. There are sitting areas in each bedroom. Bath is located in the hall and a 1/2 bath on the same floor by the laundry room. Breakfast and dinner are served. Ministry is available, if desired, or quiet time for a sabbatical. The Multi purpose room in the lower level can be set up as a small conference room, a prayer room or with workout equipment.  There is also a game room with darts, air hockey, pool table, ping pong, children's toys and many games and puzzles.

There is access to a community library and a pool, a walking trail along the river and Nelson Dewey State Park with several trails.  Allergy alert: a cat lives in the lower level. No allergens are in the guest quarters.

$40 daily for single, $50 for couple, $60 for family with children aged 12 and under, $80 for family with children aged 13 and above.
