All inclusive week-long stays available during summer

Tarryall River Ranch is a historic dude ranch dedicated to serving those in full-time, gospel-centered ministry. The ranch offers week-long summer stays through a
scholarship-based application process. Those serving in full-time ministry are invited to apply for the opportunity to receive a scholarship for a summer stay. The ranch’s season runs from the last week of May through the end of August. Check-in is on Mondays at 3:00 PM, and check-out is on Sundays at 10:00 AM.

The scholarship covers the majority of the cost of the stay. Guests are responsible for a nonrefundable deposit to ensure their commitment, which is the same amount
whether the stay is for a couple or a family with children. Each scholarship covers one family unit, defined as parents and their minor children (age 22 and under).

This is an all-inclusive experience, including lodging, all meals, and activities for the entire week. The only activity that is not included is horseback riding, should guests
choose to participate.

During the week, guests can enjoy a wide variety of classic dude ranch activities, including line dancing, a cowboy singer, hiking, fly fishing, cowboy activities, sunrise
stretch, campfires, worship, kids program etc. Tarryall River Ranch is not a program-driven retreat—guests are free to opt in or out of activities as they choose.
The desire is for each stay to reflect what guests need most, whether that’s rest, connection, adventure, or a mix of all three.

Accommodations at Tarryall River Ranch include private cabins, rooms in one of two lodges, and Conestoga wagons. The largest private cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep 7. Buckshot lodge has 4 rooms that all sleep 4 people (1 king bed and 1 twin bunk bed per room) and it has 4 private bathrooms. Frontier Lodge has 4 bedrooms and a loft. Both sides of the lodge have 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom and could technically accommodate up to 10 people.

NOTE: Specific lodging reservations are not accepted. Instead, lodging is assigned closer to each stay based on guest demographics for the week.
