An Invitation to Rest
Still Waters Home is a peaceful sanctuary to get away on your own or a landing place for a few days of deep, restorative rest. Tucked away in the sleepy town of Bon Aqua, TN, our home is surrounded by 70 acres of quiet countryside with horses, chickens, and friendly dogs to keep you company. It’s remote, restful, and filled with the peace you’ve been pouring out to others. We love hosting and caring for those on the front lines of ministry and life, and we would be honored to welcome you here.

We offer a maximum 2-night stay, with check-in from 4:00–7:00 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM. This is your time for reflection, renewal, walking the peaceful grounds, or simply choosing to be still. To make your stay seamless, a custom guidebook is available featuring nearby parks, dining, and local shopping.

If your stay includes a weekend, you are warmly invited to join us for our Sunday House church at 10:30 am.

Guests & Accommodations
We have one private bedroom designed to comfortably accommodate a single person or a married couple. While we love children, our quiet space is specifically tailored to serve adults only.

• Horse Experience (Equine-Assisted Learning) | $75 per person (1-Hour Session): Take advantage of our special ministry rate. This is a unique, hands-on opportunity to connect with God, yourself, and the gentle presence of horses in a safe, guided space built for healing and emotional growth.
• Ministry Coaching Session | $75 per hour: Enjoy private, confidential time with David or Christine for prayer, encouragement, and biblical wisdom. With over 30 years in ministry, David and Christine DeGarmo understand the unique hardships of leadership, the pain of the soul, and the deep need for compassionate support. They offer practical solutions, spiritual insights, and heartfelt encouragement to help you navigate life’s difficult seasons.

We would love the opportunity to host you in this quiet place of rest and renewal.
