Two bedrooms available

This duplex has two bedrooms and one bathroom available upstairs for guests. Guests have their own kitchen and separate entrance. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. There is WiFi available and guests can access the washer/dryer as needed, which is downstairs in the main host living space. There is also an above ground pool in the backyard. Note: no central heating or cooling is available in the unit. However, there is a gas fireplace, space heater, and portable a/c unit available to maintain comfort.

Hosts live on the lower level. Quiet hours after 10 pm. 

All guests must be 18 or older to stay in this home.
