Hotel-like rooms each with a private bath

This is available only for: current cross-cultural missionaries on furlough or those returning from the field.

The facility offers hotel-style rooms, each with a private bath. The rooms have either a queen bed (can add a roll-away) or bunk beds. The rooms can be adjoining to accommodate families, but that also depends on availability. Each room has its own bathroom, small table and chairs, and a dresser. The lower level includes a game room, washers and dryers, and a microwave and refrigerator for guest use. All linens and towels are provided. The property is surrounded by walking, hiking, and biking trails, and also features a playground. Colorado Springs is a short drive away, while Denver is just over an hour’s drive. Both cities provide convenient options for flights and rental cars. Room reservations are available year-round, subject to availability.

If a program or event is taking place during a stay, guests are welcome to join any meals being served free of charge. Advance notice of meal attendance is requested so preparations can be made accordingly. When no program is scheduled, meals are not provided, and guests should plan their own food.

While a full kitchenette is not available, the facility offers access to a shared pantry, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave for storing food and beverages. Guests are asked to remove any items they brought before departure.

Two minivans are available for local use in the Monument and Palmer Lake areas, providing access to Walmart, restaurants, and other nearby destinations. Because these vehicles are shared among all guests, considerate use and brief trips are requested.

Each room is supplied with fresh linens, towels, and soap. Guests should bring any additional toiletries they may need.

Check-in is available at any time. For arrivals outside business hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), check-in information will be left at the reception desk. Check-out from rooms is at 9:00 AM on the final day, though guests are welcome to remain in the building afterward.
