Two bedrooms available - 1 King and 1 Queen. There are also a queen pull-out couch. The home has a home office and lanai. The community has many amenities that guests can avail themselves of such as: many different swimming pools, pickleball courts and tennis courts, recreation centers, a variety of outdoor lawn games and golf courses. The home is located in The Villages. Park vehicle in driveway. For longer term stays, parking in the garage can be made available.

Rental Requirements:
Minimum stay of 2 nights required. Guests under the age of 55 can stay up to one month max. Guests over 55 can stay longer than one month. This will depend upon availability.
